21 day Shake Off the Inches Challenge

1) Take your waist and hip measurements prior to beginning

2) Replace ONE MEAL PER DAY with Shakeology or your favorite NON or LOW SUGAR shake for 21 days. This shake is not “in addition to” your meal….it is to replace it.
