Our class schedule is brimming with great stuff!  Whether you’re a kickboxing fan or like resistance work, we have something that you’ll love! Be sure to check out the video at the bottom of this page to see what each of these classes “looks” like in action! =)

  • Turbo Kick – a mix of kicks, punches, cardio and great music
  • PiYo Live  – a fusion of pilates, yoga, strength conditioning and cardio that provides a unique approach for improving balance and strength.  It’s for the person who enjoys a mind/body workout with great music, but without the high room temperature – a yoga rebel!
  • P90X Live – is intense cardio, challenging resistance training, plyometrics, flexibility, stability and more. This class has it ALL! Let’s BRING IT!
  • Cardio + Core – is a class that will raise your heart rate for a great sweat and calorie burn and then bring it down as you work on a stronger more sculpted core.
  • DKC – is an iEncourage Fitness signature class. It’s a no-to-low impact workout centered around working with dumbbells and kettlebells with cardio mixed in for good measure.
  • Total Body Challenge – is easy to follow moves at your own pace — but the workout WILL challenge you, change you, and get you in the best shape of your life.!
  • Virtual Classes – are live streaming, interactive classes. If you can’t make it to a live class in the park, these are the next best thing and right from the comfort of wherever you are!
  • Nutrition coaching

Our group classes are 30 minutes in length.  Classes are only $5 each for drop-ins. There’s no membership fee and no contract.  You KNOW you DON’T WANT TO MISS THESE!  We have a class schedule that works with your busy lifestyle!
